Received your email today.

We shipped your video on 00/00/2000.  You should have it by now.

At this point, we can only assume that customs confiscated it, and you agreed to the following statement before we shipped the product.

When ever we receive an order from the UK or Europe, we want to confirm that you can play the movies on your VCR. The movies you ordered are recorded in the NTSC (American standard). We do not have movies in the PAL (European Standard). FYI, there are video duplicating stores which can transfer the video from the American to European Standard.

As you are probably aware, it is possible customs may confiscate this product. We make every effort to ship discreetly by removing the original video jacket, placing the video in a plain white sleeve and hand- addressing the shipping label. The shipper on the label will be SAWS (no reference to Video).

By giving your approval, you agree that there will not be any refund and Super Star Video assumes no liability or responsibility if customs confiscates the product and/or the videos only play on NTSC machines.

Please email us back with your approval, STATING THAT YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS, and we will ship immediately.

If you would like to try again, we will charge you the same amount HOWEVER WE WANT TO TRY HELP BY GIVING YOU A FREE VIDEO, select any other video of your choice for the same or lesser amount and WE WILL INCLUDE IT FREE.
