We got bad news today.  When our distributor who told us they had this movie went to ship it to us,  they found they did not.  So they ordered one from the Studio, "STUDIO NAME" and the studio does not have it anymore and will not be creating anymore copies of it.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, however we were told we could get it. We also tried many other distributor's just in case a copy was floating around somewhere with  no luck.

Is there anything else we can get for you?

Please advise me, if not we will issue a credit to the credit card charge.
