We apologize for the fact that a video is defective. The studios send the master of a video to a duplicating service who produces 1000's of copies for distribution and Unfortunately every once in a while a one slips through which did not replicate properly. This was beyond our control.

The good news is we stand behind every product we sell and will replace your video at no cost to you. (except customs which is a separate issue and we can not cover that cost).

We need to get the defective tape shipped back because the manufacturer will not replace it with out a return defective tape.

However we will only do this when we have the original credit card charge of $36.45 (deduct $4.50 for shipping the tape back) $ 31.95 paid in full.

Please advise us as to how you will make payment of $31.95 and once we receive the defective video, will ship your video immediately.
