Miva Question, I have been looking for a shopping cart.

I have free Miva on 2 sites and find that to make it do the job we need we must purchase about $1300.00 of add on modules.

My concerns are; it will take weeks of work to build and test the basic cart and:

1) we found the first MIVA cart we built had lots of gotcha's where we had to delete everything and start over.

2) There were surprises like when you upload from a flat file the images do not load and work. (we called Miva to find that you must upload images with FTP). So now I had to buy and learn FTP.

3) I don't want to commit to purchasing all the the add ons until we are sure this is the right solution.

4) If we purchase the ad-ons, will we find more problems, additional costs and gotcha's? 5) We see that there are so many MIVA sites which are custom ... is MIVA a never ending BLACKHOsLE ... or a GREAT SOLUTION?

MIVA USERS ... please comment?
